Fuel & Air Saver™
The First & Only Technology Tested & Verified to Safely Close-Crank Engines.
Removes 100% of the Hydrocarbons & Returns Fuel Back to the Engine.
World NCI introduces the one multi-technology retrofit device that addresses top concerns of truck owners, or fleet operators. FASTechnology™ on diesel engines increases fuel economy and has been proven by independent certified lab tests to remove 100% of crankcase emissions which enter School Bus and Truck Cabs.
Gas engine vehicle owners benefit as well by eliminating the crankcase emissions that compete with the fuel for power. That translates to a cleaner, more efficient burn, better performance, less chance for pollution, and better mileage.

As per US CODE: Title 15, 2302, subdivision (c), no automobile dealer or manufacturer may state to their customers that the factory warranty on their motor vehicle is "void" due to the installation of theFuel & Air Saver™ system.
Although spark plugs do not carbon up as much as with electronic ignition, carbon still builds on the back of valves and behind piston rings. FASTechnology™ reduces blow-by contaminants thus turning your ignition into a more effective system.
The Fuel & Air Saver™ is designed to out last the vehicle. Unless abused all parts are warranted for the life of the vehicle. Should you need a re-placement part, just contact World NCI and arrangements will be made.
FASTechnology™ reduces contaminants going into the combustion chamber and will extend effective life of catalytic converters.
No! Even though field tests of the Fuel & Air Saver™ have shown substantial reduction in emissions, law states that you do not tamper with existing smog control devices installed by the manufacturer.
Yes! Installation is not complicated, but does require proper instructions or knowledge. The Fuel & Air Saver™ will reduce your emissions when properly installed and if your engine’s internal parts are not worn beyond manufactures tolerance specifications.
The P.C.V. system routes contaminants to the combustion chamber which reduces efficiency of the engine. With FASTechnology™ eliminating contaminants, efficiency of any internal combustion engine improves.
No, your existing engine has a vacuum range that it operates within. Installing the Fuel & Air Saver™ will not increase that vacuum. The FAS™ System is linked between the existing PCV valve system (which has vacuum on it) and the intake manifold. WithFASTechnology's™ patented system, only the heavy hydrocarbons are collected and separated from the lighter hydrocarbons. This separation will not interfere with any of the normal engine functions. The heavy hydrocarbons seen in the collection canister wouldhave been re-introduced to the intake; this is engine oil and is to be treated as used engine oil.
No! It has been found through testing that the Fuel & Air Saver™ technology actually reduces the cylinder head temperature of internal combustion engines.
Yes. It is in use all over the world from Iran to Alaska, from the coldest to the hottest, or even the most humid weather. FASTechnology's™ patented system helps to enhance the fuel and air mixture.
The Fuel & Air Saver™ has proven in field tests to reduce fuel consumption when installed properly. Your results may vary.
In most cases it does because you now have a cleaner, more efficient fuel. However, if pinging persists, it is usually due to improper timing.
Yes! What you have is referred to as "dieseling", generally caused by heavy carbon build-up in the combustion chamber. This is formed by contaminants passing through the P.C.V. system. FASTechnology™ eliminates up to 95% of the contaminants, allowing the engine to dissipate most of the existing carbon over time and eliminating the problem of dieseling - providing the idle RPM is not set too high.
No! Valves are lubricated through valve guides. Oil introduced into the combustion chamber becomes carbon or soot, only the lighter hydrocarbons will burn as a secondary fuel.
Yes? The PCV system on most new engines employs the same technology as older engines and operates the same. The only way a check engine light would come on after installing the Fuel & Air Saver™ would be from a vacuum leak caused by a loosely connected hose clamp or the hose possibly coming off the unit.
No! Do not attempt to alter this system to install our unit as this could send a check engine light.
No! The Fuel & Air Saver™ does not interfere with the Air/fuel mixture. FASTechnology™only removes the heavy hydrocarbons from the combustion chamber and does not affect computer settings.
No! The oxygen sensor is there to tell the computer what is going out the tail pipe so the computer can adjust the mixture.
Which FASTech™ unit should be used for my engine?
